Prices: Our prices are considered per room and include regional à la carte breakfast as well as the current tax of 10% and the specified included services. In any case the listed prices are valid, price changes are subject to modifications.
Check-in and check-out: On the day of your arrival, the room is ready from 2 p.m., at the day of your departure we kindly ask to leave the room by 10:30 a.m.
Reservations and payments for room reservations: Your reservation is considered fix at the moment of your written confirmation and the deposit of a valid credit card, which we will not charged in advanced. We accept cash payments until € 2.999,99 as well as VISA and Mastercard.
Cancellation fees for room reservations (in % of the total amount): up to 10 days before arrival 0% / from 10 – 3 days before arrival 50 % / in less of 3 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, no-show or anticipated departure 100%
Smoking: The whole building is considered non-smoking area thus we ask you kindly not to smoke in the rooms and in all the other spaces inside the house. We allow smoking only in the Schlosswirt garden.
Parking: The parking spaces in the Schlosswirt Forst parking lot (beyond the kiwifruits) is at your disposal and free of charge.
Dogs in the rooms: Dogs are welcome at the Schlosswirt Forst and are charged an a extra cost of € 15,00. Please note that we do not provide any dog food. We advise you to bring your dog’s own bed and food, as well as its muzzle. Your dog can enter the Schlosswirt garden, both restaurants and the rooms.
